Montclair Breast Center is in-network with all major insurance providers

Montclair Breast Center, a recognized leader in the field of breast health, is proud to announce in-network participation with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Medicare, Aetna and Cigna. These partnerships give more women in our community the opportunity to benefit from authentic, multidisciplinary, effective breast care.

We are not in-network for patients using Medicaid plans for UHC, Oxford or Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do not accept COMPASS.

 

Billing

Payment is collected before your appointment. We have a new option to use your credit card to pay via text – just let us know! One of our financial representatives will contact you from our main line (973) 509-1818 and you will need to consent to receive a bill via text.

All credit card transactions will incur a 2.95% convenience fee effective September 8th, 2023. Payments by cash and check are not subject to any transaction fee.
